Conventional Commercial Real Estate Loans
Conventional loans are fixed-rate, amortizing instruments with repayment periods between 10 and 30 years. Currently, our conventional loans offer the following features:
- Up to 75% LTV
- Interest rates as low as 3.75%
- Funding for projects between $200,000 and $100 million
Commercial mortgage-backed security (CMBS) loans are serviced much like conventional loan products and feature many of the same features, such as amortization and fixed rates. The difference is that instead of being underwritten by a single financial institution, they are turned into a fund and shares are sold to investors, allowing a larger group of backers to ensure the project receives full funding.
